Warranty:
Latest-Computers & Repairs stand behind them with a full 1 year warranty PCs production. . If any part is out of stock, a comparable brand with the same or BETTER specs will be substituted.

Warranty : All Warranty is with our company 1 year For Ever PC one > less is specified. Processor and Motherboards No Refund No Return Accepted .

Repairs : Any repairs needed to PC during the warranty period, PC has to be shipped to us .

After diagnosis of the PC, if the problem is due to computer
failure, we will fix it free of charge.

If the problem is as a result of misuse of computer (ex. virus) you
will be charged $50.00 PER hour for repairs, in addition to shipping
charges


Refund Policy : We Do Not Accept Return For Refund We Accept
Refund will be given as Exchange The buyer has 30 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). The item will be fixed, only if defected

For OEM Software or Parts We Do not Accept Refund 7 Days Exchange Only

Due to the custom nature of our gaming systems, expect your fully completed and tested computer to be shipped out within 5-10 business days from the date of payment approval. On most other hardware/software items, we generally ship within 1-3 business days from payment approval

"Recertified" – Some products are returned to manufacturer due to damaged boxes in transit, cosmetic blemish such as scratches on product surfaces, or minor defects. In many cases, a perfectly functional item is returned because of user error, not because of a problem with the item itself. These products are retested by manufacturer or its authorized third party. Any defective parts are replaced, and the product is tested to make sure it meets industry standards.


"Refurbished" Defective products outside the manufacturer's warranty period
are liquidated to a third party specialist who repairs the items. The
products are tested and guaranteed to be in "as new" working condition.
Refurbished products may have some cosmetic blemishes

"OEM" products are bulk packaged products that are sold to companies for re-branding, installation in a PC, and/or other special purposes. They may or may not come with some of the niceties of the retail version since they were not originally designed for the retail market. All of our OEM products carry 90 days warranty through us unless specified otherwise.


International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Father & Son Wind PCs is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability: Except for the express warranties contained in this Warranty Statement, Father & Son Wind PCs disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The right to return defective Products, as described herein, shall constitute Father & Son Wind PCs sole liability and the Buyer’s exclusive remedy in connection with any claim of any kind relating to the quality, condition or performance of any Products, whether such claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, or otherwise.
Father & Son Wind PCs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRODUCTS OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF THE PRODUCTS OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES, DOWN TIME, BUYER’S TIME, LOST DATA, INJURY TO PROPERTY OR ANY DAMAGES OR SUMS PAID BY THE BUYER TO THIRD PARTIES, EVEN IF ADDICT PCHAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED UPON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, PRINCIPLES OF INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, THE FAILURE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE.

The laws of some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of consequential damages. If the laws of such a jurisdiction apply to any claim by or against Father & Son Wind PCs, the limitations and disclaimers contained herein shall be to the greatest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above may not apply to the Buyer.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Father & Son Wind PCs BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN EXCESS OF THE NET PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS ACTUALLY DELIVERED TO AND PAID FOR BY THE BUYER.

Latest-Computers & Repairs SHALL HAVE NO DUTY TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, OR HOLD HARMLESS THE BUYER FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL DAMAGES OR COSTS INCURRED BY THE BUYER ARISING FROM THE INFRINGEMENT OF PATENTS OR TRADEMARKS OR VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHTS BY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS.
